2.1.1 Cancellation by User

• Before the Puja Date: You may cancel your participation in a festival puja up to 7 days before the scheduled date of the puja. In such cases, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid, minus any transaction fees incurred by us.
• Within 7 Days of the Puja Date: Cancellations made within 7 days of the puja date are not eligible for a refund, as preparations and arrangements would have already been made.

2.1.2 Cancellation by PoojaSeva.com

• Rescheduling or Cancellation: If we need to cancel or reschedule a festival puja due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a priest’s unavailability, or religious or natural events, you will be given the option to either reschedule your participation or receive a full refund of the amount paid.

2.2 Separate Puja Services

2.2.1 Cancellation by User

• Before the Scheduled Puja: You may cancel your booking for a separate puja service up to [insert number] days before the scheduled date. In such cases, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, minus any transaction fees incurred by us.
• Within 7 Days of the Scheduled Puja: If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled date, no refund will be provided due to the costs involved in making the necessary arrangements.

• Unavailability of Priest: In rare cases, if the assigned priest becomes unavailable or if the puja cannot be performed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to reschedule the service or receive a full refund.

2.3 Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as specially customized pujas, ritual-specific items, or prasad delivery, may be non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the service. These services will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.

3. Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Festival Puja Participation

• User-Initiated Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your participation in a festival puja up to 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. No additional fees will be charged for rescheduling within this time frame.
• Last-Minute Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the scheduled date may not be accommodated, and if granted, may incur additional fees.

3.2 Separate Puja Services

4. Refund Processing

• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. If that method is not available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
• Transaction Fees: Any transaction fees incurred by us (e.g., payment gateway fees) will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the refund is due to our cancellation or error.
